Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

Grade 12 or N3 with Maths & Science plus NQF3 National Certificate Power Plant Auxiliary Systems Operations

Experience:

Learner Plant Operator Experience 1 Year

Skills and Competencies

Leadership (Team player, coaching)

Knowledge (Process plant operating, competent to operate one plant

Skills (Computer Literacy, Good Communication)

Assessment

Key Responsibilities

Operate an allocated plant (Coal Plant, Ash Plant, LP Services)

Oversee Staff

Form part of the fire and rescue team as required

Perform any other legitimate activity as required
